Melinda Rogers

Melinda Rogers serves as DOJ's Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resource Management and CIO. She previously served as DOJ's Deputy CIO and CISO. Ms. Rogers is responsible for overseeing the Department’s $3.5 billion Information Technology (IT) investment portfolio, providing strategic direction and directly supporting mission operations through IT service delivery and the Department’s Cybersecurity Program. Ms. Rogers has extensive experience in the financial services sector in private industry, where she was Equifax’s Assistant VP for Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification Solutions as well as NationsBank's Assistant VP for Commercial Real Estate Lending. Ms. Rogers received her MBA from Emory University and is an alumna of George Mason University.
